Sand Washing Units Series GSS

Application

The Rollier Sand Washing Units Series GSS are used for washing sand in gravel pits or in quarries with high clay content.

Equipment

The equipment consists of

  • Washing Tank
  • Cyclone or double cyclone (depending of the flow rate)
  • Mud pump for cycloning
  • Dewatering screen Rollier Series ESS

Economy, compactness and hardiness

The Rollier Sand Washing Units Series GSS are mounted on a solid monobloc frame that makes easy its implantation. The price/quality ratio is unbeateble.

Features

Prime quality mup pump. The cyclone and the parts in contact with the materials are lined with wearing rubber. The flexible hose between cyclone and pump is Trellex type. The equipment has water-level buoy.

Comprising a vibrating drainer, rubberised cyclone, tank and centrifuge pump fitted with a dynamic discharger..Used for washing sand in gravel pits or in quarries with high clay content.
They collect sand particles of less than 5 mm and water from an irrigated screen in order to separate the particles smaller than 63 microns.
Bentonite recovery mechanisms.
