Equipment manufactured by ROLLIER are present in companies around the world, installed in environments such as mining, agriculture and food, pharmaceutical, powder materials, foundry, stone, wood, aggregates and concrete, plastics, recycling and other industrial activities which are handled bulk products, waste or pieces.

ROLLIER provides equipment based on the vibration , as feeders, grills, screens, gryzzlies, destoners, elevators, conveyors, densimetric tables and compact sand washing units. Equipment that are the basis for the design industrial processes and make complete plants of all kinds, as in grinding and classification of arid, recycling, mining, food industry, etc.

Project drafting and detailed and manufacturing engineering, whether mechanical, electrical or civil works. In collaboration with the client, ROLLIER draws up the engineering for the installations, adapted to the requirements in each specific case.

Based either on the designed processes or on specific machines, ROLLIER draws up the general implementation plans for all the equipment, machinery and auxiliary components, both in new installations and for modifications or adaptations of existing installations. Delivery of complete turnkey installations, taking charge of all supply aspects, including engineering, assembly and start-up.

Auxiliary equipment for vibrating machinery and accessories, such as mesh de-blinding and cleaning systems (buffers and chains), continuous current injection brakes, speed variators for the different motor vibrators, airtight connections, special anti-vibration protections, etc.
