Three screeners for electronic and electric waste recycle in Japan, designed and manufactured by Rollier
After several goals achieved in the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery for screening and feeders for other sectors, we add this new production of machinery focused on companies with recycling facilities for electrical and electronic equipment and their corresponding wiring.
One of the most important electrical recycling companies in Japan has acquired three machines for its new electronic waste treatment plants, including cables.
The order consists of three screens, two MFJ 160/300 and one MFXI 150/320.
Rollier MFJ Screens
Rollier’s MFJ screens are standard MF screens, adapted with an inclined slat screen that makes the longitudinally elongated materials like the chopped electric cable detachable. This happens when lying down and falling through the calibrated slits with an exact space for the cables to fall.
In this case they are screens with a work surface of 1600 millimeters wide and 3000 millimeters long.
In addition, they can be configured in bypass function as seen in the image, with polyethylene plates of easy placement and removal.
Rollier MFXI screen
The MFXI screen is a screen used for the separation of elastic mesh MFX with a single floor of screening MFX “I”.
The result: High quality efficient separation with Rollier Screens
With these two machines, our client achieves a high production capacity with high performance at competitive prices.
Both equipment are built with certified A-42B carbon steel and equipped with 4.4 kW motors (single motor in the case of the MFJ) and 8.6 kW (2 motors of 4.3kW) in the case of the MFXI that guarantee a working at full capacity for 10 years.
